His topic will be \u201cUnanimity and Disagreement on the Supreme Court\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/rsfintranet.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/sunstein-unanimity-and-disagreement-20141.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">click for paper<\/a>).
