RSF Library

Our own library on the first floor contains Russell Sage publications and a small collection of reference books. Diagrams of the left-side and right side of the library (as you enter) illustrate the call number sequence. If you would like to use a book in your office, please let us know. You can search our book and journal collection using the RSF online catalog. Full text of RSF books is also available, in our building only.

To obtain any non-RSF book, please send an e-mail to infoservices@rsage.org. We have borrowing arrangements for our staff at the Hunter College library.  We also order books from Amazon and through interlibrary loan, and can send e-books to you for use on an iPad or e-reader.  Books that we borrow from Hunter have multiple renewal periods.  Books that we order from Amazon are usually yours to keep. If you know that you will need a book for a semester or more, it’s helpful for us to know that.
