At this meeting, Claire and Eric will meet with all scholars and researchers to discuss seminar procedures.  They will explain the voting procedure for choosing your own seminar dates (October 5 through May 25) and for selecting guest speakers. Scholars will nominate guest speakers and the final vote will be conducted on Survey Monkey. Please start thinking about guest speakers you would like to nominate.
